RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN BUYING A SMART PHONE OR COMPUTER 1) If replacing, research O/L and visit store for information. Ask about data transfer. Ask about warranty and if service is needed, how is it received? 2) If considering a Windows computer vs Mac or iPhone versus Android, study differences and ask how seller supports using one. 3) Ask what APPs are included and what they do?
